The call you ask Hold Navigator to make

When you ask Hold Navigator to call an HMRC line, it dials, sits in the queue, and listens only for the moment a live agent answers. The instant a person answers, Hold Navigator connects you and drops out of the call.

Your call with HMRC is yours. Hold Navigator never hears, records, or stores it. It exits the moment you are connected.

What information we collect

• Account information: your name, firm or business name, email address, telephone number, and your Telegram username or identifier where you use the service through Telegram.
• Credit purchases and subscription details, including payment records processed through our payment provider.
• Call activity records. For each call you ask Hold Navigator to make, we keep an audit log to support accurate billing and dispute resolution. This log includes call identifiers, timestamps, call duration, credits used, and the technical evidence that a live agent was detected before you were connected. It does not contain your conversation with HMRC.
• Correspondence you send us, including support requests and feedback.
• Waitlist information: name, company, email, and phone number if you join our waitlist.

How we use your information

• To provide the Hold Navigator service, including processing your calls and managing your credit balance.
• To process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
• To contact you when an HMRC agent answers your queued call.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
• To send you service updates and information about your account.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

Lawful basis for processing

We process your personal data on the following bases:

• Contract: processing necessary to provide the service you have signed up for.
• Legitimate interests: maintaining call audit logs for billing accuracy and dispute resolution.
• Consent: where you have opted in to marketing communications.
• Legal obligation: where required by law.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with third-party service providers who help us deliver the service, in the following categories:

• Telephony infrastructure providers (call routing and connection)
• Cloud hosting providers (servers located within the UK and European Economic Area)
• Payment processing providers
• Transactional email providers

All providers are subject to data processing agreements and may only process your data on our documented instructions. A current list of sub-processors is available on request by emailing privacy@imursif.com.

Data retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for six years thereafter to comply with UK tax and accounting requirements. Call audit logs are retained for two years. Waitlist records are retained until you are onboarded or request deletion.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@imursif.com.

Cookies

Our website uses session storage only - temporary data that is cleared when your browser tab closes. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice on the website. The current version is always available at holdnavigator.com/privacy.html.
