Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2026

Hold Navigator is a queue tool. Your call with HMRC is yours. We never hear, record, or store it. We exit the moment you are connected.

Hold Navigator is a product of Imursif Limited ("Imursif", "we", "us"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Hold Navigator service ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service does

Hold Navigator holds your place in a telephone queue so you do not have to. You instruct it to call a specified HMRC line. It dials, navigates the automated menu, waits in the queue, and listens only for the moment a live agent answers. When a person answers, it rings your phone and connects you, then exits the call immediately.

Your responsibilities

Credits

Refunds and charges

Credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law or in the case of a system fault as described above.

HMRC lines covered

Hold Navigator currently supports the HMRC Self-Assessment and PAYE Agent Dedicated Line, available Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. Additional lines will be added over time. Hold Navigator is not affiliated with HMRC.

Your call and privacy

Your call with HMRC is yours. Hold Navigator never hears, records, or stores your conversation with HMRC. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available during HMRC operating hours. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for HMRC line unavailability, network issues outside our control, or queue drops caused by HMRC's own telephony systems.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Imursif's liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the value of credits purchased in the preceding three months. We are not liable for any loss of income, data, business, or opportunity arising from use of the Service or inability to reach HMRC.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

Changes to the Service and these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by notice on the website. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
